Absolutely shocking service from @Ryanair flying home from Lanzarote. Paid for 6 cabin bags, then at the gate forced to pay £46 EACH (almost £300) to put them in the hold. They met measurement requirements & had proof of our booking! No remorse making young girls extremely upset.

@mikeep6 @Ryanair That’s our problem! He was so unclear and evasive it wasn’t making sense even the cheif air host couldn’t explain why and told us to complain. It was like they hand picked us out the queue aswell - 6 young girls going home who weren’t going to leave our belongings there!
