It’s just ignorance because these guys obviously don’t watch football outside of the PL. I’m sure a couple don’t even watch CL midweek. Look at the way people talk about Hazard(rightly so), if Neymar was given the keys to run an attack for a PL team, they’d talk like he’s God😂

@Raheem7ii I dont think people remember just how incredible rooney was. He was an animal, a psycho. The most complete footballer ive seen in the prem, and as much as you think the prem is shite, it IS the best league in the world and neymar, as good as he is, did it in ligue 1 for years

Wayne Rooney was a better player than Neymar. By a country mile. There isn’t one aspect of football where Neymar outshines Rooney. Vision, output, effectiveness, mentality…it’s all Rooney. Some things in football are to be debated, others are straight up fact, this is the latter
