MCPD 6D officers responded to the area of West Diamond Avenue and the I-270 ramp for the report of a collision involving a vehicle and motorcycle. The motorcyclist is being transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the vehicle is being transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Drivers are encouraged to expect delays and seek an alternate route. #MCPNews #MCPD

The incident took place at the Gaithersburg Police Station. Surveillance video captured the pictured individual kicking and punching the front entrance, causing significant damage to the handicap button and ID card scanner.
