i do think the current layout is the best version of long beach
although i do have a soft spot for the ultra short mid 90s one

Threw on the IndyCar Long Beach marathon stream. Pardon my recency bias, but the late-90s layout is actually kind of mid. I'm sure it raced better but it lacks the aesthetic drama of the current circuit (and at least one passing zone).
