Reading through the latest $HBAR council meeting which is from November but was only released today, I hope @CanaryFunds protects ETF buyers. It’s clear that the Q2 8% unlock is being prepared to be dumped on investors again. Why is the council, to be exact “David” proposing “direct sales” of HBAR? When Shayne Higdon dumped $500,000 and got removed once everyone reacted to it, it was pre-Trump. Now, they are unlocking about $400 Million worth of tokens and nobody will stop them from selling them into us as investors. It looks like this: They’ll sell to intermediaries outside of the U.S. at a discount (OTC) —> The OTC desks dump on the open market —> Hedera cannot be blamed because there was a party in the middle and they’ll always be able to claim it was not meant to be sold on the market. They are not worried of any consequences because Trump is in office. Keeps looking worse every day. It also looks like all those people who used to open their mouth when things like this happened have already sold and are gone. What’s left is a group of (likely bots) who are posting how wonderful it is that Hedera is unlocking $400 Million USD worth of tokens in the middle of the bear market with a 1 quarter notice.
