At the moment TSLA stock has a $SPCX problem
Much of the investing community has embedded a potential TSLA merger or buyout by $SPCX in the stocks premium
This, if it were to even happen would most likely be an all stock deal, so as $SPCX currency (stock price) goes lower it removes more of that premium and probability of such a merger or buyout
$TSLA stock on its own merits will be stuck until a very strong uptake in Robotaxi and mainly and especially the commercialization of the Optimus robot
I believe a new model in the EV business like a true family SUV would be well received by car buyers and investors alike
