Oh no my old college Tahoe is on their boot list. So sad

My like $100 in unpaid parking tickets from 2012 that didn't block my undergrad diploma from Georgia Southern is now blocking my MBA Diploma over a decade later. None of the thousands of dollars I've donated to the school over the years erased this lol. Should I pay it?
