The language in HB1268 provides substantial changes to the law that covers DCYF that will protect home school families.

Gonzales is worth reading to your children that you are home educating . Make sure to highlight the part about the 3 kids being killed by the person listed on the restraining order. Restraining orders don't actually protect you and neither would this form.

Not everyone is a Free Stater or libertarian. Even folks who are still have requested an option, which doesn't impinge on your choices. Your degree of preference shouldn't impose it on others, and visa versa.

Oh yes. Freedom is scary. We can’t possibly be responsible for providing for ourselves and our families without government mandates. Every single argument with you comes right back to that- you think it’s too scary for people to be free. And you think the letter, which currently exists and does not stop DCYF harassment, is the only solution to stopping DCYF harassment.

Your statement here is once again filled with contradictions. Somehow the sponsor addressed many of your concerns and yet the sponsor would not work with you. And while your concerns were addressed, it’s still a bad bill. Amazing. Working drafts were made public as they were created. You burned every ounce of goodwill you had long before January. So no, you didn’t get an email directly, which is see has offended you. But you had plenty of opportunity to weigh in and you have.

We all agreed it was poorly written, and we offered constructive suggestions before the public hearing. We always had an open door.

I’m so sorry if it wasn’t on your personal time line. But it was done to the time line of the NH House deadlines, which is what actually matters.
