Just second horseshoe this year. Started before 8 and went clockwise. Messy enough up top. Met/Saw 38 by time I was back in the car park and there were about 20 getting ready to go out. All ages, shapes and ages. Great to see.

A magical looped walk on 8th March 2018 (few days after Storm Emma) from Glenbeigh via Coomasaharn Horseshoe. Macgillycuddy's Reeks in the distance.

Calima sunset

Cumbre de Masca (Masca is on the other side of the ridge but not sure what this place is called. Remember it from first time I walked along here circa 12 years ago. Again, the calima makes it hazy but it's some sight of a clear day).

Had no recollection of walking the first few kilometers of this walk until I came to this. Getting up to the ridge clearly didn't bother me as much a dozen years ago. A water catcher for all intents and purposes.

The lava dome that is Roque Blanco. Approximate age of 5.5m years.

There was I thinking the one on the right was the most expensive you could buy.

May have been a goat farm - Los Quemados, Calendar in one of the buildings was on April 2017.

Unfortunate with the Calima culpable visibility today. Probably not great for the lungs to be inhaling it on a hike either. Teide from Degollada de la Mesa.
