History Made! Otto Addo has been appointed to the FIFA Technical Study Group for the 2026 World Cup. He becomes only the second Ghanaian in history to serve on the FIFA TSG, following the legendary C.K.Gyamfi, who held the position 28 years ago at the 1998 World Cup in France.

On this day 25 years ago, 127 football fans went to watch a game at the Accra Sports Stadium and did not return home to their families. It shock our country then and it is still incredibly tough to remember it now - but history repeats itself if the people fail to remember.

Meet Akuetteh Armah: He turned out for Cornerstones FC as defender in Kumasi. He was part of the Black Stars squad that finished Runner-up at the 1970 Africa Cup of Nations and also represented Ghana at the 1972 Summer Olympics. Coached Ghana's U10 national team in the 90s.
