Together with TARBA we would like to applaud the City of Richmond Hill on expanding its use of recycled crushed aggregate. They have updated its Transportation and Roadworks, and Parks and Open Spaces standards to support expanded RCA use in granular base applications for 2026!

Thanks to the collective industry pushback the City of Toronto has annoucned they are pausing the ban and will be organizing a roundtable with people from the industry, ECS, and Toronto Hydro to find a workable solution for obtaining grid connections and to review backup options
