Here's some advice for using Dragonite and Tyranitar in Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green Evolve both Dragonair and Pupitar at level 56 Reason; Pupitar learns Earthquake at level 56, but Tyranitar learns it at level 61 Dragonair learns Outrage at level 56, Dragonite at level 61
