According to 49ers GM, John Lynch, the 49ers hired an independent scientist to look into the electrical substation, who informed the 49ers their workplace is safe. (Probably smarter to hire multiple scientists, IMO) The 49ers are spending $9 million to upgrade rehab and recovery facilities.
