What a nightmare! Started a claim on July 2nd for a knee injury that happened at work and can’t get any where with @GUARDInsurance. Here it is August 14th, 6 weeks later! And I’m still waiting for them to schedule my appt with an orthopedic doctor! DO BETTER @GUARDInsurance!

@GUARDInsurance is the WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with. I filed a claim July 2nd and its now September 27th. Jinnie is the most unprofessional customer service rep ever & always has an attitude. They will do everything in their power not to pay. @naic

I don't take to twitter on a brand or company unless I am very dissatisfied with their service. I have had a claim @GUARDInsurance open since Nov. 2022. I have been bounced from agent to agent with no resulution. I am basically paying for a service that is not serving my needs. What will it take to close this claim?!
