The play time and development piece were magnified each year given Josh’s contract and moves by the FO. From what I’m told, McD and Beane were overstepping boundaries when it came to the structure and power given to each of them. In Pegula‘s eyes, whether right or wrong, Beane conceded more often. The team wants more harmony between Beane’s transactions and usage/back development.
