Winter Storm Hernando aka Blizzard of 2026 blanketed our 2,200 square mile service area but over the last two days countless crews worked day and night to clear snow and storm debris from tracks, platforms, parking lots, walkways, and vehicles to bring back service. All bus routes have been restored. Metro service is operating with some delays or modifications. The Cynwyd Line remains suspended. All other Regional Rail service is back but operating with delays. M service is operating between 69th St Transit Center and Radnor Station only due to a downed tree. Shuttle buses are running from Norristown Transit Center to Radnor Station. Additional wait times of up to 15 minutes are expected. Please continue to use caution in your travels and check SEPTA.org/alerts before you head out/home. #ISEPTAPHILLY

SEPTA is advising riders of the following service updates: All Bus service including G service is suspended until further notice. T service is diverted to 40th & Market Streets. Regional Rail is temporarily suspended until safety inspections are complete. M service is operating only between 69th Street Transit Center and Radnor Station. L, B, and D service is operating as normal however delays and cancellations are likely. Customers are urged to check for service updates on the Alerts section of SEPTA’s website at septa.org/alerts. New "Spring" Schedules for Bus and Metro begin Sunday, February 22 and Monday, February 23. The updated schedules include the following changes: Time adjustments on Routes 201, 204, and 206 to maintain AM train connections. Adjustments made to Route 40 to address overcrowding and lateness. Realigned Route K to operate eastbound on Coulter St between Fox St & Wayne Av. Added more articulated buses on Route 51 during AM/PM peaks to address overcrowding. Added three Sunday midday round trips to Route 66 to improve service to every 15 minutes. Added one AM peak trip to Route 82 to address overcrowding. Added one PM peak trip to Route 110 to address school dismissal overcrowding. Added one PM peak trip to Route 475 to address overcrowding. Average daily ridership in January 2026 was 714,475 unlinked passenger trips across all modes. This is up 1% or 8,627 unlinked trips from January 2025 and up 3% from December 2025.
