got this update, apparently it got lost in the mail but i literally never got a tracking number? hows it gonna get lost in the mail if it never got shipped. i dont understand. mattel needs to get it together

still haven't recieved my RLC integras so i sent mattel an email asking when i can expect it since my order history claims the order has been "fulfilled", in response they just immediately refund me. i guess i dont get my 2 RLC Integras i ordered. unsurprisingly common mattel L
