@Jinxzz13 also dont do high reps with light weights you will see absolutely NO results of youre actually aiming to build muscle. Stick to 8-10 reps (solid hypertrophy range), and by the 8th rep you should be struggling rlly bad. The 10th should be near failure but not at failure ykwim 🙏
