All the lucks to put A level Art and Photography students who embark on their marathon 3 day exam today. We’ve seen some of your previous masterpieces… and know you’re going to create something even more special this time around!
A massive well done to our Year 12 golf team… coming 3rd in county in the first tournament they’ve entered is a brilliant achievement! Roll on the next one!
Huge thanks to Jess and Emily for coming to talk to some of our Year 12 students about making an Oxbridge university application… some great info and awesome tips. Sorry we didn’t get a proper pic!
Thanks to all our Year 13 parents and students for coming along to our intervention evening tonight… it’s that last push to the end now… it’s in sight!!
Year 13 mock results day brought smiles for lots, affirmation for many and a reminder of the importance of hard work for some. With 60 days still to go…. Remember, it’s all about the momentum now…
Thanks to Luke, Emma, Millie and Josh for supporting with our visitors from Norway… you engaged perfectly and were great ambassadors. The box of traditional Norwegian chocolates were well deserved!
Well…. It’s not over until it’s over. Which meant a hastily arranged visit to the Capitol and White House on our drive to Washington airport. A brilliant end to a fantastic trip!
We say goodbye to the Big Apple in a couple of hours as we head off on an unexpected yet kind of exciting road trip to Washington DC.
New York, until next time… you’ve been as incredible as ever. But… maybe this time… just that little bit more magical…
What an epic bonus day in the Big Apple! After making it through “Snowmageddon” in one piece, it was straight down to Central Park for snowball fights and snowman building… quite possibly a once in a lifetime experience for us all!
We were never going to let a blizzard cyclone weather bomb ( as our US friends refer to it) get in the way of what was supposed to be our last night in NYC… though it did kinda spoil the view from Summit 1…
Another awesome day in the Big Apple. A chance to visit the Statue of Liberty, tour Wall Street, pay our respects at the 9/11 memorial, eat in the company of musical legends at the Hard Rock Cafe and then take in the views from atop the Empire State Building. Incredible Day!
Our second full day in NYC brought heavy rain and so a slight change to our plans. Singing waiters, some retail therapy and an incredible production of & Juliet more than compensated for the shoddy weather though!
What a day in NYC! Touring (and then shopping, obvs) the biggest department store in the world, meeting a Rockette at Radio City Hall, and now cheering on the home team at Maddison Square Garden… come on you Knicks!!
