@garypatchett Hi Gary, looked into this for you. The order was placed 11/07/24, dispatched on 12/07/24 and marked as delivered through your letterbox 15/07/24 via Royal Mail. You’d opened a case via eBay on Sat 17th August to which we responded on Mon 19th August advising the above. (1/2)
