@ERyomou @hellfireomens @Zerodrainingtwo i think FS was almost crushed by the sheer size of ER and their are many subtle changes to the gameplay that newer fans wont see. i think if they make a new, large but linear title, new fans could more easily see why being open world isnt always a plus.

@ERyomou @hellfireomens @Zerodrainingtwo 100%. for me the top spots are BB, Sekiro and Elden Ring and i think Elden Ring is just new. Even from software itself has already said they arent going to make open world games just because Elden Ring did well. You could tell that they just barely finished Elden Ring.

@Rooster832 @hellfireomens @Zerodrainingtwo elden ring is the biggest and newest title and BB is part of that growth. its easy to scoff at it now but when it came out, it was deserving of the praise. elden ring is a mix between all their previous games. BB2 could show people how far theyve come with that same premise.

I liked that one about mechs... their changes to turned based battles were pretty cool. made it so youre not so focused on conserving mp amongst other flaws with old school jrpg combat

Bloodborne is smaller but everything about that game is brilliant. ER, Sekiro and BB are my top 3. all vying for no. 1 to me.

Godwyn's "body" has been growing at an exponential rate from the depths all the way to the places we see that face. hes like a tumor growing everywhere. you see godwyn's face on crabs too. there is no soul to anchor his body.

@_GoldenWitch_ @JOWAN_JW Stormveil is pretty simple I think. Godrick took a piece of flesh from Godwyn and it grew into that. It's also symbolic of how powerless Godrick is compared to a dead symbol who has taken hold of the castle. Gloam Eyed Queen is just weird and makes no sense.

@Corby2209 @JOWAN_JW read item descriptions or watch youtube lore videos. the biggest channels have that spot for a reason. they make it easy to understand and they make it entertaining. check out Vaatividya, Quelaag, Tarnished Archaeologist, Ziostorm etc
