Glenn Williams
@G_Williams18
Has been athlete, borderline pro fly fisherman (debatable)

Glenn Williams signed with the Braves in 1993 as arguably the best prospect from Australia. He played 1,260 minor league games. In 2005, he played in (and got a hit in) 13 games for the #MNTwins. He remains very active in Australian Baseball to this day. twinsdaily.com/_/minnesota-tw…

Met with #Australian #baseball #legend Glenn Williams and representatives from the @AusOfficeTPE to promote #Taipei & #Australia ‘s baseball exchange in the upcoming years. I was joined by @CPBL #Taiwanese legendary player #馮勝賢. Looking forward to seeing how #TPE can help!

Before he became an All-Star, he was DFA'd five times. Through it all, he never gave up, he never wavered. This is his story. This is Liam Hendriks. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 Coming Soon.

June 28, 2005: 27-year-old #MNTwins rookie (and Australia native) Glenn Williams gets a hit in his 13th-straight game to start (and end) his major league career. He was injured in the game and never made it back to the majors, retiring with a .425 average.
