I had a dream last night. Arsenal lost the Champions League to PSG. 3—1 At stoppage time, they scored again, 3—2 But VAR ruled it offside, which crushed their hope of a comeback. I’m taking it seriously because I’m not a dream person. I rarely have dreams.

We want to talk about this regarding Apostle Femi Lazarus. A couple of days ago, here on Twitter, we saw some brethren saying AFL was now 'deconstructing'. They were showing concern that he was on a dangerous ideological path. Then today, we came across his latest podcast, and there, the concern became vivid. His latest guest is called Joshua Maponga, and once you get to know him in a short while now, you'd might see our concern, too. Firstly, Maponga is a popular and controversial figure known for his very questionable teachings. He was formerly a Christian until he recently renounced the faith. In fact, he was a bishop in the Seventh-day Adventist Church until he was excommunicated in 2020. Why was he? Well, here were the reasons given by the church. He said blasphemous things, such as calling Jesus 'this boy.' At one time, he said, "The day a white Jesus dies for Black people, I will believe in a white Jesus. The white people and their white Jesus promise Africans gold in heaven while they are taking gold from Africans. It does not make sense at all that you are being promised to walk on gold in heaven while they are taking gold from you." This is the person an apostle in charge of the sheep of Jesus has platformed. It gets worse. Maponga made it clear that he abandoned Christianity several years ago to embark on a pilgrimage of reconnecting with Mother Earth. In doing so, it forms part of a healing process for discovering his ancestral roots and reconnecting with cultural connections. When Maponga was excommunicated from the Seventh-day Adventist Church, he began a pilgrimage. He regards it as reconnecting with Mother Earth for a spiritual healing process aimed at reviving his "ancestral roots." He indicated that he had found his new church in the caves when he said: "There is healing in the silence of nature. Take time to experience nature. Listen to the rocks & birds. Take off your shoes and walk on the ground; there's no need for a pilgrimage to Mecca, Israel, or Nigeria. Go to the sanctuary of nature and renew your soul…This is my new church." So, we have an apostate, an idolater, a hater of God in fellowship with an apostle. The reason we are sharing this is to first raise an alarm and ask the body of Christ to quickly intervene and help AFL. Secondly, to raise a warning because this is dangerous to the flock of God. Why are you introducing an apostate and a sorcerer, and an idolater to God's people? Paul said: 2 Corin. 6:14 “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?” What fellowship? What is the charge to apostles? Paul said: 1 Tim. 4:16 “Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.” That is it. Only the doctrine of Christ saves the church. It is the word that builds us till the day of Christ. Not the doctrines from those who have rejected God, like Maponga. Finally, Paul said: “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” — 2 Tim. 4:2 That is the charge. This is what Apostles must do. Apostle Femi Lazarus is on an ideological path that holds grave danger to the body. We are calling now and raising the alarm that the authorities should intervene now, since believers are at stake. As Paul said, “As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine,” — 1 Tim. 1:3 May God help us all. Amen

Apostle Femi Lazarus' latest podcast is signalling very concerning things about him. We'll share soon
