“Show me your eyeballs” / Sunday edition
.
We had a discouraging conversation about how he and his girl had gotten into public housing but were back on the street because the group home situation wasn’t what they were promised and it was an unsafe environment for her. Sleeping in the same room as other men etc. Stuff getting stolen
.
Rather than be stuck with the people who weren’t being honorable inside, they headed back out to the streets

@DVanLangenhove Where the hell is America on this? The US government should be publicly humiliating and calling out the Dutch regime on these human rights abuses.

A very sad announcement.
I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration.
In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least.
Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration.
In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence.
Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.”
That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth.
Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration."
You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible.
Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it.
The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration.
Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail.
Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win.
If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM.
If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.

@ZPoet @RepNancyMace Sometimes jokes are lost on Twitter. It was a joke though.
English

@Gabbermdfl @RepNancyMace Another person who doesn't know what racism is.
English

@PONY_Official The only thing with any class that you'll fit into, big guy.
English

@aw93704 @PONY_Official @PONY_Official is tall as hell, probably used to maneuvering heavy equipment. He'll be fine. I remember when I was little my grandma had a lanship and she was tiny. Whipped that thing around NYC like nobody's business.
English

@Gabbermdfl @PONY_Official This was actually what I was going to say too.

@BriskittyBackup @thepeacepoet99 @CephalopodsRule Of course it is. They aren't gay men, and "accepting" them AS gay men is to accept women as gay men, which they are not. They need to learn to be proud of being trans men. But, then again, they couldnt accept themselves in the first place so ... Expectations aren't that high.
English

🚨I was wrong.
When I entered the gender conversation publicly, I thought that “my side” (the gender critics) were motivated in our advocacy by our concern about the welfare of the young people who are being haphazardly placed onto an experimental social & medical gender transition pathway based on a shoddy evidence base underpinning.
Apparently, I was wrong.
Turns out, some of you on “my side” have neither concern nor compassion for the young people who find themselves ensnared in this, at all.
I call the trans activists out all the time when they do this, and I now feel compelled to do the same to those who share many of my beliefs:
It is unacceptable to politicize the death of a brutally murdered young person by denying them their very humanity, while also claiming to stand on the side of human rights. This is the realm of the most evil kind of hypocrisy imaginable.
Celebrating, joking or making light of the murders of innocent people, be they Charlie Kirk or Juniper Blessing cannot ever be tolerated.
We mustn’t allow disagreements over ideology or with the lifestyles of others cause us to lose our humanity.
Because politics based upon nothing more than contempt will NEVER create a more just and peaceful world.
Rest in peace, Juniper.
You deserved to live 80 more years.
You deserved to be still singing in your choir.
You deserved to be attending your college classes.
You deserved to make the stupid mistakes that all young people will make, and to grow old enough to learn from them.
You deserved the chance to become a brilliant scientist with enough hard work on your part. Or you deserved to have the chance to realize that maybe atmospheric science wasn’t your calling, and then to try on a new hat. Or to try on 500 hats until you found the one that fit.
You deserved to grow up.
You did not deserve to be murdered by a deranged lunatic, whatever his deranged motive, while you were just trying to do your laundry.
And you certainly did not deserve to have your murder paraded around as cannon fodder in one of the most caustic issues of our time, by BOTH sides of the issue.
Juniper, may your memory be for blessing. You deserved so much better.
pagliacci the hated 🌝@Slatzism
Incredible development in the case of the UW troon who was stabbed. The killer told prosecutors that he just wanted to murder a woman. That was his motive. So he either thought the troon was a woman, or he actively included “trans women” in his definition of “women.” Not only was this not a transphobic hate crime, it is probably the world’s first gender affirming murder. Transphobia would have saved this guy’s life.
English

@CephalopodsRule @thepeacepoet99 Not hateful. Realistic. It's ironic that you're forcing us (gay men and lesbians) to deny ourselves, to cater to people who can't accept the most obvious, special, and important, private, and unique thing about themselves.
English

@Gabbermdfl @thepeacepoet99 There's a lot of gay people who don't want to have sex with trans people who aren't transphobic though, they're separate issues, you're just being weird and hateful about the fact that you don't want to have sex with trans people
English

@CephalopodsRule @thepeacepoet99 Adj used describe the irrational fear of people/things re those who are attracted to the same sex, based on perceived harm. Here it's used to describe people who believe that gay men and lesbians, who refuse to be attracted to people of the opposite sex (trans), are harmful.
English

@BriskittyBackup @thepeacepoet99 @CephalopodsRule No, because they are entitled to their own spaces. They are not entitled to forcing gay erasure and forcing gay men to not be gay. Keep pushing and you really will find yourselves excluded ...
English

@Gabbermdfl @thepeacepoet99 @CephalopodsRule Refusing to accept trans men as men and supporting their exclusion is transphobic, yes.
English

@CephalopodsRule @thepeacepoet99 Yes. Men. Because I'm gay. And attracted to men. Not women dressing up as men. Why is this so difficult for you homophobes to understand?
English

@Gabbermdfl @thepeacepoet99 Sounds like you just want a room full of people who you're attracted to
English

@undertalesonic @thepeacepoet99 @CephalopodsRule Your friends keep telling us that no kids were put on HRT ... Also, give it a few more years.
GIF
English

@Gabbermdfl @thepeacepoet99 @CephalopodsRule I was lucky enough to have been put on puberty blockers at 14 and HRT at 15. If I had been forced to wait until 18, I would be significantly worse off.
