@santanderuk I’ve just got married so need to change my legal name. The only way is to go into a branch. Most of your branches are shut down & I can’t get to one within my working hours. Ridiculous. Have digital alternatives in place like other banks if you’re going to go digital

@virginmedia It’s completely random. Some days it’s absolutely fine, others it’s up and down. We use WiFi for most of our home devices not wired connections

@virginmedia our WiFi has been really intermittent recently and today has been particularly bad with limited or no WiFi. I can’t find a link to contact anyone on your website. Please could someone DM me on this matter

@virginmedia internet seems to be down but says no known issues in my area. Have tried to reboot and still nothing? Any advice?

@virginmedia I’m not sure what hub it is but the WiFi symbol is on and green and the symbol with the two arrows are flashing and they are green too
