Hoy @Jollibee marami kayong branches na MANLOLOKO! The full SC discount should be 25.89% of the total purchase. Therefore, my total discount should be 55.40, not 30.57. Why do you have a VAT-exempt sale? Dami nyong branches na NANLOLOKO sa senior citizen discount. BIR, take note!

Raising this concern to @DtiPhilippines and @dswdserves because it’s just so unfortunate ☹️ I had to raise my concern to even get it rectified, but what about those that aren’t vocal enough? Hope you can do better @frankieswings !

I’m a valid PWD and I do appreciate the savings I get from the program because my meds are so expensive monthly (like 5k+) just to keep me functioning. I’m also not abusing this and ordering what’s mine, so I don’t think it’s fair and it feels like they’re cheating PWDs

It’s sad that @frankieswings dictates how much a person can eat and and rob PWDs like me of a valid discount. I ordered a dozen wings only for myself - that’s it; no rice nor sides because that’s all I wanted to eat after a tiring day at work, and yet they only discounted half.

In case this happens to you, take pictures, ask for a CCTV screening, and file a police report because something tells me that this is an inside job 😢

PSA: Be careful shopping at Pioneer Center in Pasig. They have pickpockets that steal wallets and more. My wallet stolen a few months ago but was adamant to see CCTV and it miraculously showed up. Unfortunately, my friend wasn’t as lucky tonight :(
