Completion of the body has to be made in2 finish. If the front leg imm locks/rejects backside torque/rotation, how can upper thoracic part of the back keep turning to complete the swing? Lock out can we adapt to off speed that is the best pitch in baseball.

We don’t spin the wheels of a high powered machine. We drive down & through to use the ground as energy. Develop the crease to feel the inside part of the big toe.
