@MyAirAdvocate @AmericanAir I just had a 4 hour delay with Iberia and their response and compensation was outstanding. My last few trips to Argentina with American were plagued with delays and cancellations.

@americanair After 30 years and 3 million miles flying with American I will try another airline. My last flight from Buenos Aires was a major disaster with cancellations, delays and a last minute change to United as I was afraid I’d never leave. No compensation offered.

@MyAirAdvocate @AmericanAir It’s just American and they were never like this. In the past they really listened. Now the only thing that remains from that time is the 5000 miles compensation, which equals 50 USD nowadays

@AmericanAir They stopped answering a while ago. It’s not acceptable to do this to someone who has been a loyal customer for over 30 years and flew more than 3 million miles on AA.
