Great cardio workout last week w/ some of my players that I train. Here we're finishing a 1.5 mile interval run that's geared to training their bodies how to recover while still moving. .25 @ 6.0rpm .25 @ 8.0rpm .25 @ 5.5rpm .25 @ 8.5rpm .25 @ 5.0rpm .25 @ 9.0rpm Do @ Own Risk

Love working w/ the young fellas. The best thing that you can do as a shooter is learn how to self assess your shots & correct yourself from shot to shot. It's like driving a car. As you drive, you're constantly making corrections as you go down the road to keep the car straight.
