@tangotiger @oldhockeycards Ban openers. Every pitcher who starts a game must go 5 innings, or he can be removed after allowing 5 runs, throwing 90 pitches, or for injury (defined using some objective criteria including possibly a mandatory IL stint with a penalty for fraudulent injury claims).
