@qatarairways I have been trying to get in contact for a few days now, but unfortunately I have not received any response to my calls, messages, or emails.

@Gabyxmae @LilFoxxxyx Just got off the phone to them , only took 45mins to get through but was confirmed that no fees would apply for the refund option.

@Karlito_cyclist @qatarairways But did you already saw the amount that they would refund? Because the only thing I see is this

@LilFoxxxyx @Gabyxmae That’s what mine shows the amount I payed but worried they will take fees after I hit the claim button my flight don’t leave till 19th but it’s never gonna leave

@Gabyxmae @qatarairways You need to refresh the page and it shows. I did mine today and had 0€ fees

@jacco1981 @qatarairways Hey, I have a return flight. But if I want to cancel it also doesn’t show the amount that they will refund

@Gabyxmae @qatarairways Fee should be 0. Refund should be 100% for 1 way ticket.

@qatarairways Does anybody know if cancellation fees still apply for flights between February 28 and March 22? When I try to request a refund it says “refund fee apply,” but it doesn’t show how much the fee is or how much I would get back.
