सुनियोजित शहरीकरण को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग, बिहार, पटना द्वारा ग्रीनफिल्ड सैटेलाईट टाउनशिप के विकास हेतु पटना जिले के 9 प्रखंडों के कुल 275 मौजें में जमीन की खरीद-बिक्री, हस्तांतरण और उसपर किसी भी प्रकार के नव निर्माण पर रोक लगाई गई है। जिलाधिकारी, पटना डॉ. त्यागराजन एस.एम. ने कहा कि ग्रीनफिल्ड हेतु चयनित मौजों में जमीन के क्रय-विक्रय, हस्तांतरण व भूमि पर नव निर्माण से संबंधित गतिविधि पर रोक को सुनिश्चित करने की जिम्मेवारी सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी व भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता की होगी। संबंधित अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी इस पर आवश्यक विधि-सम्मत कार्रवाई करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि जिले के 9 प्रखंड यथाः- पुनपुन, दनियावाँ, फतुहा, धनरूआ, मसौढ़ी, नौबतपुर, पटना ग्रामीण, फुलवारी तथा सम्पतचक के कुल 275 मौजों की जमीन पर यह रोक लगाई गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि 31 मार्च, 2027 तक पटना अंतर्गत चिन्हित टाउनशिप क्षेत्रों (कोर और स्पेशल एरिया) में जमीन की रजिस्ट्री, एग्रीमेंट और नव निर्माण पर रोक रहेगी। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि किसान किसी भू-माफिया के चक्कर में न पड़े। यदि कोई भू-माफिया या असामाजिक तत्व किसी भी तरह की कोई भ्रामक खबर या अफवाह फैलाता है तो उसके विरूद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस हेतु जिलाधिकारी द्वारा सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को भी भू-माफियाओं की सक्रियता पर रोक लगाने की निदेश दिया गया। @samrat4bjp @IPRDBihar @MIB_India @PIB_Patna @CBC_MIB @BiharRevenue @UDHDBIHAR @BiharHomeDept @BiharCabinet @bihar_police @PatnaPolice24x7

S.194T-(TDS on remuneration/int to partners) may create needless cash flow stress for many MSME partnership firms from Financial Year 2025–26. Example: Two partners receive 10 lakh each as remuneration / interest from firm.Firm deducts 2 lakh as TDS u/s 194T, but partners may still end up claiming full refund as final tax liability may be nil (No tax on normal income upto 12 Lacs) Money blocked first, refunded later. No lower/nil deduction facility u/s 197/197A appears available for S.194T @IncomeTaxIndia may kindly consider a giving lower/no deduction facility for S.194T

GSTR-1 की Due Date आते ही.... Portal fail कर दो... Upload किए invoices भी 2B में नहीं दिखेंगे... Recipients परेशान... हर बार वही कहानी। GSTR-3B की Due Date आए... Portal फिर fail कर दो.. Tax payment अटक जाएगी,... लेकिन Interest और Late Fees पूरे लगाओ... हर बार वही कहानी। Ticket raise करो... कोई समय पर response नहीं... कोई accountability नहीं... और compliance का सारा बोझ taxpayer पर... सच में, ऐसे compliance portals पर लानत है, जहाँ system fail हो तो भी जिम्मेदारी taxpayer की ही मानी जाती है। Shame on you @Infosys_GSTN

Utterly shocking from GST Portal.Please read the full post! Cross-utilisation functionality allowing SGST against IGST before full utilisation of CGST has been disabled from the current month. It was available for February only - No communication regarding the same!! More shocking: the 30 Jan advisory on portal appears to have been SILENTLY MODIFIED. Earlier it had 4 points; now it shows only 3 points. The cross-utilisation point has vanished [Check Pics] Link to Current (Silently modified) advisory on portal dated 30th Jan tutorial.gst.gov.in/downloads/news… I had already pointed out on day one that this was not as per law, because the proviso to Section 49(5)(c) still carried the restriction. But the real issue is this: Portal first said it would apply from Jan 3B, then from Feb 3B, and now the advisory is being quietly altered without any clarification on what happens to taxpayers who followed it in February. This affects 1.4 crore taxpayers and lakhs of professionals. Is there no accountability? Can such huge backdated changes in advisory be made this casually? Do they think deleting a point from the portal advisory will erase the earlier copies already floating across the internet and in our systems? This mess needs responsibility, not silence. A formal press release clarifying the full position must be issued immediately @Infosys_GSTN @cbic_india @FinMinIndia Such actions reflect a mindset that -we helpless taxpayers and professionals has no option other than to follow whatever random directions issued 🙏

Enough is enough. CAs are being scapegoated for nothing here! Strong words are being used against auditors, but the reality of statutory audits needs to be understood before drawing conclusions. 🙏🏻 Statutory audits of banks are conducted under regulatory timelines prescribed by RBI and other authorities. Branch audits often have very strict reporting deadlines, leaving very limited time windows for completion. In many cases, branch functioning on holidays happens only with the consent and coordination of branch management and not by force or authority of auditors. Auditors do not have the power to “order” banks to open branches. They can only request cooperation to complete time-bound statutory responsibilities that ultimately safeguard the banking system, depositors, and public interest. It is also important to recognize that auditors themselves work extended hours, including late nights and holidays, during audit season to meet regulatory deadlines. The objective is compliance and accountability and not harassment. If isolated instances of miscommunication or inappropriate language occur, they should certainly be addressed. But portraying the entire audit process and the whole CA community ass harassing undermines the critical role audits play in maintaining transparency and financial discipline. Mutual respect between auditors and bank staff is essential. Everyone knows it - we, the auditors, the bank management and their bosses - so don't make an issue out of nothing... @theicai @RBI @FinMinIndia

@CAHimankSingla What is the credibility of stat audits of banks when audits are being allotted on the basis of payment of 1 year fees as commission.. only positive is that now category 4 firms are also getting audits allotted in this way.. 😂

I strongly support Anupam Sharma and the right of ICAI members to raise their concerns in good faith. It is really unfortunate that ICAI has initiated disciplinary action against a member merely for expressing his discomfort over the “VIP vs Non-VIP” culture observed at the WOfA event. Speaking about issues of equality, dignity, and proper treatment of members should not be treated as professional misconduct. Constructive criticism is necessary for any institution to improve. Using disciplinary action to suppress genuine concerns sends a wrong signal and affects the trust between members and their elected representatives.
