At 01:00 9th April 2024, a year ago today, the Nintendo Network for the 3DS/Wii U shut down. Who knew I would end up one of the last players ever connected afterward. Thanks to the Nintendo Network After Hours community for making this segment of history one I'll always remember.

I am devastated to hear of the loss of Billy from @TheGameChasers. The show was extremely influential in me developing a passion for gaming history and collecting as a kid, and I had hoped to one day meet them. I hope everyone can say a prayer for Billy and his family tonight. ❤️

Back in 2020, I worked on a Melee mod that unfortunately never saw the light of day, but @davidvkimball helped me when I struggled. He is an incredibly kind man and I am sad to see that he has decided to step away from Melee, but with recent events I do not blame him. Much love.
