Balan Jul 17, 2025 9:30 AM (Europe Open -- Pre NY trade) UPDATE -- SPX GEX Major Structural Changes -- The Path to Volatility (July 17, 09:30 CET) Looking at this dramatically transformed GEX surface at Europe Open July 17 (we will see changes and more nuances in the GEX when NY trade opens) Key Observations: Series of moderate GEX sinkholes creating acceleration "stepping stones" higher (6285, 6302, 6317, 6332.5) Very tall gamma peak at 6352.5 (marked with red X in box) - this is the new "boss level" (for now) Previous 6382.5 "boss level" has disappeared -- not a barrier to worry about anymore New HUMONGOUS GEX sinkhole at 6425 (blue X mark) -- extreme volatility zone (not a factor for today's 0DTE, but could feature large during tomorrows OpEx event) Green X is July 16 NY Close = 6263.7 This is still preliminary but the current setup looks perfect for a SPX continuing squeeze higher into tomorrow's OpEx. The current GEX structure shows this possible timeline for tomorrow's OpEx: Magnetic pull to 6307.5 - that towering peak will attract price (from here). Momentum carry to 6315 - once at 6307.5, momentum could carry us into the 6315 sinkhole. Likely acceleration to the 6352.5 " new, "boss level." The new HUMONGOUS GEX sinkhole at 6425 (blue X mark) -- extreme volatility zone. What happens at this massive GEX sinkhole, if something happens there at all? We will probably know tomorrow, pre-NY trade, pre-AM expiry -- if this MASSIVE GEX SINKHOLE is still there by that time.

$SPX not a pin 📌. Check ☑️ Iv/VOL crush after gap down. Both sides had advantages. 2:38 JPM roll. Delta sell MOC and after hours close. So.. is local bottom in or new low soon? I did say this is “not a pin” . Expect wide PA and play both sides 🙏. More to come.

Quite ACCURATE roadmap so far--the high of day is 4149--kind of close to my 4150 target, right? The little black eye is my target close for the day.
