🚨 BREAKING: The media outlet who published the US had only saved ONE of two F-15 airmen—risking the mission to save the second—was Israel's Channel 12, per NYP The reporter, Amit Segal, just told NYP he "will protect my sources," despite President Trump's threats Segal cited "western sources" in his post (as opposed to "US sources"), and a second Israeli reporter, Ariel Kahana, later specified the news came from "Israeli sources" President Trump made clear today he’s HELLBENT on jailing the leaker. Israel MUST hand these sources over to the US Department of Justice. HUNDREDS of our troops could've been KlLLED by this leak. NO MERCY!

@tparsi @LoveMyGrands8 They bombed the sanctioned building where components for the regimes WMD program were fabricated, but let’s not tell the whole truth. It’s long been a military target.

There’s a version of Benghazi that keeps getting retold, and it’s wrong. It needs to end. Not once, over the course of September 11 or 12, 2012, did anyone on the ground request to be “saved” by the U.S. military. The calls were for reinforcements so we could take the fight to Al-Qaeda. That was the mission. That was the intent. We were not asking to run, we were asking to finish it. When those reinforcements never came, everything changed. It was no longer about securing the compound and hunting down the more than 200 terrorists involved in the six attacks that evening. It became a full evacuation. Not just non-essentials, everyone. And in that shift, we lost the opportunity to pursue the enemy, to hold them accountable in real-time, to deliver justice when it mattered most. We were forced to give up ground. With that, a U.S. diplomatic presence has NEVER returned to Benghazi. Al-Qaeda walked away from that night with a massive victory in their minds, even though their original kidnapping objective failed. It emboldened them and sent a clear message of weakness across the global terrorism network that you could kill a U.S. Ambassador and face ZERO consequences. Just months later, our attackers carried out the In Amenas attack in Algeria, killing more Americans. And over the past dozen years, the network that hit us that night has gone on to kill thousands more, including, yes, even more Americans. Today, our attackers are actively working on a massive plot targeting the U.S. homeland. So, if this failure to confront Al-Qaeda continues, we will be forced to watch our terrorists kill Americans on U.S. soil because that is the reality of what failure buys us. That is the cost of being forced to retreat instead of being allowed to fight. So stop twisting what we asked for. It was never to save us. It was about justice. We planned to finish the fight against the enemy, and no one stepped up to help us do it! @BentonDave28405 @TigTiegen @KTantoP @MarkGeistSWP

When you’re overseas, you can plan an operation perfectly like the Osama bin Laden raid, but things will always go sideways. What sets us apart is how we adapt. We’re the best in the world at lifting, shifting, linking up, and finding a way to get the job done. Last night’s pilot rescue is exactly that. Things don’t go clean, especially in denied territory, but our people adjust in real-time, make the calls that matter, and execute under pressure. Seeing the aftermath only makes me more proud of our troops. I know they handled it bravely as it came and still brought our guy home. ❤️

Die Rettung eines abgeschossenen US-Piloten im Iran hat die USA etwa 300 Millionen $ an Ausrüstung gekostet. Beeindruckend und bewundernswert, was dem US-Militär das Leben seiner Soldaten wert ist.

In 2003, a German film crew followed a nomadic family in Mongolia's Gobi Desert. The film, The Story of the Weeping Camel, was nominated for an Oscar. A mother camel had rejected her newborn after a brutal two-day labour. Without her milk, the calf would die. The family knew one option. They sent their two young sons on a journey across the desert to find a musician who could perform a ritual called Hoos, a chanting ceremony passed down for centuries specifically for this moment. The musician came. The ritual was performed. The mother camel wept real tears and turned to her calf for the first time. The film crew had gone to document a way of life. They had no idea they would capture that. UNESCO added the Hoos ritual to its Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2015, alongside flamenco, the Mediterranean diet, and the art of Neapolitan pizza making.
