𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀? 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗣 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝟱. Where do the "True Leaders" come from? Every job post today is a flooded with applications. You apply the basic filters: experience, salary, company, title… 100 becomes 50. Now what? From these 50 “good enough” profiles, someone has to pick the 5 worth a Calendar invite. That decision? Still mostly guesswork. It’s hardest with 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. Every resume says the same thing: "𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘲𝘶𝘰𝘵𝘢" "𝘓𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩-𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴" "𝘖𝘸𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘢𝘱" But a piece of paper can’t tell you:   • Who actually closed vs. who inherited a lead machine?   • Who can build a pipeline from absolute zero?   • Who truly understands why they lost their last three deals? The real bottleneck isn't 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 (finding people). It’s 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 (picking the right 5 from the top 50). We spend millions on "Top of Funnel," but the portals we use haven't evolved past basic keywords. AI can’t bridge that gap yet because a resume is a marketing brochure, not a performance breakdown.
