Արդյո՞ք մի այլ "Ազգային" ուժ կամ կուսակցությւոն դատապարտեց այս երևույթը, բացի ԲԵՎԵՌԻՑ։ facebook.com/share/p/1CTuuQ… ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետի գլխավորած պատվիրակության Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն այցի կապակցությամբ Ազգային-ժողովրդավարական Բևեռը (ԱԺԲ) խստորեն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն։ Այդ այցը տեղի է ունենում Ստեփանակերտի Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու Մայր տաճարի բարբարոսական ավերումից ընդամենը օրեր անց։ Սրբավայրի ոչնչացումը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանի պետական մակարդակով իրականացվող հայատյաց քաղաքականության դրսևորում։ Ցավոք, սա մեկուսացված դեպք չէ, այլ շարունակությունն է դեռևս խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանից սկիզբ առած և հատկապես 2023 թվականին Արցախի էթնիկ զտումից հետո առավել սրված հակահայկական քաղաքականության։ Միևնույն ժամանակ տեղի ունեցածը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ստանձնած միջազգային իրավական պարտավորությունների կոպտագույն խախտում։ Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է ապահովել իր վերահսկողության ներքո գտնվող բոլոր պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների, այդ թվում՝ հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանությունը։ Միջազգային արդարադատության դատարանի 2021 թ. դեկտեմբերի 7-ի որոշմամբ՝ «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի» գործով, Ադրբեջանին պարտադրվել է ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ կանխելու և պատժելու հայ մշակութային ժառանգության՝ ներառյալ եկեղեցիների, պաշտամունքի վայրերի, հուշարձանների և գերեզմանատների վանդալիզմն ու սրբապղծությունը՝ Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին միջազգային կոնվենցիայի (CERD) շրջանակում։ Վերոնշյալ որոշումը, համաձայն ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության 94-րդ հոդվածի, ենթակա է պարտադիր կատարման։ Եկեղեցու ավերումը 2026 թ.-ին հանդիսանում է նշված պարտավորությունների ուղղակի և շարունակական խախտում։ Խոսքը ոչ թե քաղաքական կամ դիվանագիտական տարաձայնության, այլ միջազգային իրավունքի տեսանկյունից գնահատվող իրավախախտման մասին է։ Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանը խախտում է նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի շրջանակում գործող՝ 1954 թ. Հաագայի կոնվենցիան մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև 1972 թ. Համաշխարհային մշակութային և բնական ժառանգության պաշտպանության կոնվենցիան։ Նման պայմաններում հանցագործ վարքագծով պետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի գլխավորած պատվիրակության ընդունումը Հայաստանում կարող է ընկալվել որպես անտեսում սեփական պետականության և ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև որպես Միջազգային արդարադատության դատարանի որոշումների արժեզրկում։ Բևեռը դիմում է Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցուն և Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնին՝ շարունակել հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման փաստագրումը և ապահովել այդ նյութերի ներկայացումը միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցներին, այդ թվում՝ Միջազգային արդարադատության դատարանին, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ին և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող մարմիններին։ ԱԺԲ-ն կոչ է անում նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին՝ հիշել, որ 2026 թ. հունիսի 7-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները նաև արժեքային ընտրություն են․ ո՞վ է պատրաստ հետևողականորեն պաշտպանել Հայ Առաքելական ժառանգությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող նպատակային ոչնչացման պայմաններում, և ո՞վ է պատրաստ անտեսել այդ իրողությունները։ Հավատ, Հայրենիք, Ինքնիշխանություն։ Հայաստանը սակարկման ենթակա չէ։ Ազգային-ժողովրդավարական Բևեռի խորհուրդ 30 ապրիլի 2026թ․ Երևան

Y nosotros, los descendientes de sobrevivientes, somos la prueba de que funcionó. 🚩🇦🇲 CARTA ABIERTA Ante el recorte de la transmisión oficial del 24 de abril en Armenia A las autoridades de la República de Armenia, a la comunidad armenia del mundo y a quienes aún creen en la fuerza indestructible de la memoria: Con profunda preocupación y sin renunciar a la esperanza, escribo estas líneas desde la Argentina, país que conoce en carne propia lo que significa la lucha por la verdad, la justicia y la memoria. Lo hago en mi carácter de profesora titular del módulo Genocidio Armenio en la diplomatura de posgrado de la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, y como descendiente de sobrevivientes de aquel horror que el mundo tardó demasiado en llamar por su nombre. La noticia de que Armenia’s Public Television (H1) interrumpirá su transmisión en vivo desde el Complejo Memorial del Genocidio Armenio de Tsitsernakaberd el próximo 24 de abril a las 13:00 horas, cuando durante décadas esa señal acompañó sin pausa el dolor y la dignidad de un pueblo entero, nos ha llenado de consternación. Por primera vez en generaciones, la televisión nacional dejará de ser testigo pleno de la jornada más sagrada del calendario armenio. Cada 24 de abril, cientos de miles de armenios acuden al memorial para honrar la memoria de 1,5 millones de víctimas. Ciudadanos, religiosos, militares, funcionarios, y sobre todo familias enteras hacen ese camino como un acto de fe civil. Ese gesto, transmitido en vivo, no era solo cobertura televisiva: era el Estado armenio diciendo al mundo y a sus propios hijos: aquí estamos, no olvidamos, seguimos en pie. Entiendo que Armenia atraviesa un momento histórico complejo. Las negociaciones de paz, las realineaciones geopolíticas y las presiones regionales son realidades que ningún gobierno puede ignorar. Pero una cosa es la diplomacia y otra muy distinta es la memoria. Los acuerdos comerciales y las aperturas políticas no tienen, no pueden tener, ninguna relación con el ejercicio del derecho a la verdad. Ese derecho no se negocia en ninguna mesa. No tiene precio. No caduca. En Argentina lo aprendimos de la manera más dolorosa posible. Durante años, el silencio oficial fue cómplice del olvido forzado. Y cuando recuperamos la democracia, entendimos que la grandeza de un Estado no se mide por lo que oculta, sino por lo que es capaz de sostener frente al mundo y frente a sus propios adversarios. Un país no se achica cuando recuerda: se hace más grande. Porque la memoria es un acto de soberanía. Las declaraciones de funcionarios del gobierno armenio que señalan que el reconocimiento internacional del Genocidio Armenio ya no es una prioridad de política exterior, sumadas a esta decisión simbólica sobre la transmisión del 24 de abril, configuran una tendencia que nos alarma profundamente. No pedimos gestos vacíos. Pedimos coherencia entre la historia que Armenia lleva en el cuerpo y las decisiones que toma en nombre de su pueblo. Somos la prueba viva de que sobrevivimos. Los armenios de la diáspora, en Argentina, en Francia, en Estados Unidos, en el Líbano, en todos los rincones del mundo, llevamos en nuestra sangre la memoria que algunos quieren reducir a un trámite administrativo. Nosotros no olvidamos porque no podemos olvidar. Pero también porque no queremos. Porque el olvido sería traicionar a quienes marcharon hacia la muerte sin poder defenderse. Le pido al gobierno armenio que reconsidere esta decisión. Que el 24 de abril la cámara de H1 no se apague a las 13:00. Que el Estado armenio acompañe a su pueblo hasta el final de ese día eterno. Que la señal que llega a la diáspora no sea la señal del abandono, sino la señal de que Armenia sigue siendo la patria de todos… .

In April 1920, they set fire to the #American orphanage in Harouniye, trying to burn alive 2,000 terrified #Armenian #Christian children. But William Morris Gilbert Jr., a brave American from Yonkers with Near East Relief, rushed into the flames while under fire. He saved innocent children in a heroic midnight rescue. Gilbert, who had sailed overseas in 1919 to aid survivors in the region, was stationed in the Adana area when Ottoman forces attacked and torched the Harouniye orphanage on April 7, 1920. He helped orchestrate the dramatic nighttime evacuation and transfer of the 2,000 orphans to safety in Adana amid the chaos and ongoing violence. Contemporary accounts described it as a desperate race against the spreading fire and hostile attacks, with Gilbert and his colleagues risking their lives to pull the children from the burning buildings. This was no isolated incident. During and after the Armenian Genocide, Ottoman forces continued campaigns of destruction against Armenian communities, including massacres, deportations, and arson targeting Christian populations and their institutions. Gilbert's bravery was one shining example among many. Thousands of Armenian, Greek, and Assyrian Christian survivors were sheltered in American-run institutions, taught trades, and given a chance to rebuild their lives despite the systematic attempt to erase their people. Individuals like Gilbert, and countless others, stood as witnesses and rescuers while the world grappled with one of the first modern genocides. Their efforts helped preserve future generations amid the ashes. The Armenian Genocide must never be forgotten.
