GALE Hack Attack Report and Handling Plan On November 13, 2025, we detected abnormal fluctuations in GALE's price. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the project had suffered a large-scale fund attack by hackers. This attack resulted in an arbitrage loss of 182,000 USDC. The hackers pre-added funds to the farming pool without claiming GALE tokens, then borrowed 200 million USDC from AAVE and several lending platforms, and transferred these funds into the Uniswap GALE liquidity pool, causing an immediate price surge. This manipulated the LP price calculation in the farming pool, enabling the hackers to claim excessive GALE tokens and sell them. The entire attack was completed in a short period without any prior warning. II. Disclosure of Hacker Address and Operation Records Hacker Address: 0xa8e33dae7402f8e0318ef27f1a83b14ce16ffdaf Attack Transaction Hash: 0x6877b0c82a206d660f7e393d7aca6fd35e53148c23c3903fa41fd019e521d542 Total Attack Funds: 207,324,300 USDC Attack Method: Transferring funds to the GALE token LP smart contract address to instantly inflate the value of LPs in the farming pool, thereby claiming excessive tokens. Although the contract is fully open-sourced and audited, we could not have anticipated such a large-scale fund attack on our token, resulting in financial losses within the contract. We have contacted the audit firm to conduct a technical analysis and identified the root cause of the vulnerability. Regardless of the circumstances, we will not let community users bear the losses caused by our mistakes. We will launch a series of measures to ensure that every community user holding LPs and GALE tokens is not affected by this attack. III. Handling Solutions 1. We will continue to use GALE as the circulating token of the entire ecosystem. 2. The market value management team will continuously purchase GALE from the GALE trading pair until the price returns to normal. Community users do not need to rush to sell their tokens. 3. Maintain the current circulating supply of GALE, disable the real-time pricing farming pool, and permanently destroy the corresponding contract. After the price stabilizes, we will release the work plan for the next phase. 4. All fees generated from interactions and the upcoming SWAP platform will be used for GALE token burns. 5. The development progress of SWAP and other ecological components will not be affected. We will continue to invest more funds in the construction of the GALE ecosystem.
