Unlike willful ignorance, where someone chooses to avoid knowing something, innocent ignorance does not carry blame because it results from circumstances beyond the person’s control.

In philosophy, innocent ignorance refers to a state of unawareness where a person lacks knowledge but is not morally or intellectually culpable for this lack.

what you know you don’t know is better than being one who has a sense they know it all. It’s better to have innocent ignorance than be wilful in this.

For example, a child or a person from a remote community might be innocently ignorant about certain scientific concepts because they haven’t been exposed to that information.

This term implies that the ignorance is not due to willful neglect, refusal to learn, or deliberate avoidance of knowledge.

Parenting is like going to the gym (if you want a result): it requires regular and sometimes intense efforts.

Why we shouldn’t worry about what other people think of us: thinking happens inside their head — it’s inside them, not you.

Choose not to ask what is the meaning of life. Instead try to have a meaningful life.
