SHAMELESS STANBIC MANAGER When you reach the Mubende @stanbicug branch, u find only about 3 four seater chairs, the rest of the customers are squatting or standing for hours, while the manager comfortably swings around in his chair, u even start wondering how expensive are chairs? Is it really hard to buy seven more four seaters for customers? how do u feel comfortable watching ur customers stand for more than 4hours? On top of that, there is a serious problem with the tellers, known customers don’t wait in line, the moment they step into the bank, they are attended to first while the rest of us continue waiting this kind of service is unfair & disrespectful to ordinary customers
