Let's start with the fact that the market capitalization of the entire industry is not up to the size of one big bank. If you don't invest in customer education and distribution, and there is no competition, insurers will keep trying to sell to the same pool of people. No growth.

How the FUCK does Sora 2 have such a perfect memory of this Cyberpunk side mission that it knows the map location, biome/terrain, vehicle design, voices, and even the name of the gang you're fighting for, all without being prompted for any of those specifics?? Sora basically got two details wrong, which is that the Basilisk tank doesn't have wheels (it hovers) and Panam is inside the tank rather than on the turret. I suppose there's a fair amount of video tutorials for this mission scattered around the internet, but still––it's a SIDE mission!

In esports, we ask players to behave like professionals and show up every day with the mindset to win. We assume that the expectations should be met by telling them how they should think and act if they have the desire and "right mindset".
Esports players are not traditional sports athletes. Yes, there are many similarities, but the differences are so relevant that we must consider them to know how to challenge and support them. If we take an underdeveloped traditional approach (often used by esports teams), we create unnecessary expectations and pressure. The teams' usual expected behavior and mindset aren't backed up with role models or the creation of adequate spaces (processes) to facilitate this mindset and behavior, so we don't set them up for success, and we will blame it on the players.
Reflecting on this, everyone in our team has been pushed to the limits, from how we used to do things to how much we want to make it work. This year challenges made us change (underdeveloped esports and traditional sports approaches), made us discuss the importance of how we live the day, how much of victims and fighters we want to be, and how much we want to work in the development of players and staff to make sure we all create and fit in a psychologically safe environment to feel no pressure to win.
Gladly, we can all see the results. Now, I/we have the challenge of everyone pushing the narrative that we will do great at Worlds. Our narrative and reality will be that we stay in the present and will prepare as well as we can to show up as well as we can for every game we play. The results will come as they should if we can manage not staying too long in the different timelines with the ghosts and pressure that comes with it.
"Slow is smooth and smooth is fast" using the right approach when is needed the most.

Really proud of everyone's work. The learnings of Winter, Spring, MSI and EWC pushed us to change our internal processes. Staff adapted to better fit with the strengths of our roster. We changed our drafting system, giving more power to Dylan/Rodrigo so they could lead us through the chaos of fearless mode. Isma's work with the players is showing clear progress and everyone is becoming a better teammate. Memento's focus on strategies and reviews kept us a disciplined and honest unit. The players are accelerating the grind, and we've all increased the priority on "enjoying this journey together". As a reward for this optimised approach, Skewmond and Labrov now also have an LEC trophy. Finally winning a European title is a nice milestone in the 10-month-long marathon that is the LoL Season. It feels like all our baby steps are adding up and could take us somewhere beautiful. Time to get locked in for the next part! Tomorrow we're going to China. Never gets boring Find below the Whiteboard schedule + Scrim results. You'll notice we removed the scores from the whiteboard to replace them with "Daily words". Idea is to lower the result-base approach it pushes on scrim games. Words were added to help the focus on our learnings.
