The irony is that people like this cause way more harm than they do good. It’s not positive activism to create an issue out of nothing, it just dilutes the problem so that the REAL examples of misogyny or poorly written female characters aren’t taken as seriously and manage to slip through the cracks easier. I mean no? Not automatically? Eve is an extremely well written, independent, powerful character who is quite literally responsible for saving the planet. She won’t be “reduced” to “nothing more” than that just because she’s pregnant lmfao. The irony is that by pushing this delusional narrative you’re the one causing harm and creating these prejudices. You’re helping nobody by over analysing and putting down a great female character who is a positive representation purely because the show will dare to handle pregnancy.
