Still quite fond of The Dog Island demake I did a while ago.

Celebrating the release of #PhoenixWright: Ace Attorney's first case for the #GameBoy by @GameboyDemakes, here's my take on a custom mock-up European box. Decided to use different art assets other than the key art for the DS version.

@c0_0p_ @GameboyDemakes It’s very good as a baby’s first story driven game. Shockingly serious and handles dark topics very well for a game with children in mind.

@NValkyrie68079 It is not sadly, just a mockup! You can download a rom but it just contains a few music covers/is basically a slideshow.

Received a wonderful message that someone's student played the Phoenix Wright demake and enjoyed it so much they then bought the trilogy! Always hoped that would happen and I could get more people into the Phoenix Wright games :D.

@ChloeBuggs69 I don't know how much of the DNA carried over from when the game was originally going to be a GBC game, but I have to say working the GBA sprites to GB form was quite seamless!

the remade sprites to work with the GB are so impressive actually, ace attorney was already a pretty impressive game on the GBA this is really on another level

@KingOfSuper Yeah I remember seeing this! It's funny, I knew going into my demake it'd be the third or fourth Phoenix Wright demake (and I even think the other ones are made in GB Studio too) but still thought to try to bring my own spin on things :D.
