I couldn’t agree more, it’s my personal art form. I started with perfecting the scrambled egg then continued from there. Once you’ve mastered the temperature control required to make a perfect scrambled egg, cooking gets much easier. Now it’s searing the perfect Maillard reaction on steak and chicken thighs, a perfectly smooth slurry or roux, balancing acid and sweetness in a dish, etc

And anyone saying “ just make food at home” is a person who does not buy their own groceries.

I have no idea how people still listen to WFAN religiously. There was a time that 660 never moved on the dial for me in the car. Now i cant even bring myself to listen to it for more than 5 minutes lol

@SignoreFor Yes & No… It’s mainly because with baseball it’s a split with Yankees Mets fans… When it comes to NBA Knicks all day. I honestly don’t know any hardcore Nets fans that rep BK. Most say The Jersey Nets that played at the IZOD center across from Giants stadium.

The Yankees aren’t bigger than the Knicks in NY. Most Yankees fans would agree.

@JohnDMacari @TheFinestCast For those that say it can’t happen… I worked for 60+ days post Hurricane Sandy back in 2012 12 hour shifts. I’ve done winters for 30-45 days straight 12+ hour shifts. It’s the needs of the department is what they will go with. Unless your on vacation your gonna work. OVERTIME!

The rumor is, the NYPD is considering 12 hours tours with no RDO’s (Regular Days Off) for 60 days to cover the world cup and all summer festivities . If that comes to fruition every member of the NYPD would work at least 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for 60 straight days. That not only would rack up massive overtime for every member of the NYPD but also expose just how understaffed the NYPD actually is.

@GamerGeekNerd81 @Gemthemaverick Fortunately YouTube is free. I’ve taught myself some incredible skills using information that is readily available to everyone. 3 years ago I didn’t know how to break down a primal cut of meat so I watched butcher channels on YouTube until I knew how.

@Kristinartz I can… Pepsi is sweeter & less bubbles (burning) but doesn’t pair with most foods. Coke is more bubbly (carbonated) has this flavor profile that just meshes well with say a greasy cheese burger 🍔. Kinda like a savory soda option vs sweeter.

Don’t lie… Can you taste a difference between Coke & Pepsi? 🥤
