🚨Update After the recent Bluepoint Games studio shutdown piece that I investigated and put out to the public, I have been officially removed as a “Playstation creator.” As I said before, I have enjoyed early review codes, hardware sent to me, and other access for almost 3 years. After reaching out to request a review code this week, I was informed by someone of this change. And, I REGRET NOTHING. I put out the truth given to me by people who lost their jobs, and they trusted me to share their experiences that were corroborated by Bloomberg report. I love Playstation as a platform, and I will continue to play on and support the brand. I knew this was a possibility when I did this report, and I fully accept it. Just wanted to share the update, and that I will continue to do my best to deliver daily gaming news and updates to you!

Aspyr and Magic Media ruined a game they didn't understand, and Embracer and Crystal let them do it. It seems the only saint here would be Saber, so they're our only hope. We're just doing what we can do.

@Gamer_0wl @AspyrMedia @SaberGames Yeah I get what the dev is saying from their perspective. I just mean more from a company side since Saber owned Aspyr, that collaboration made sense. Now that they’re separate and Saber is much larger, it’s probably not as simple as just "rehiring" them on an operational level.

@StoryServal I've been mostly a handheld gamer since I got my Switch, but ever since the Switch 2 I've been switching both docked and handheld regularly.

@Gamer_0wl I bought myself an AceGamer controller with hall effect control sticks, since i mostly play the console in docked mode.

My left Joy-Con from my Switch 2 already seems to have a problem. Not with the stick, but the L button. Sometimes it either doesn't register, or it registers double. Do I already need to send my Joy-Con for repairs? 🫩

@Gamer_0wl @AspyrMedia @SaberGames Wdym rehire? Saber used to own Aspyr. Saber left the remasters behind along with Aspyr as a part of the deal when Karch bought back the company. I get the point but people keep talking as if Saber isn't 25x the size of Aspyr. They won't come back just to patch one game one time

@Komotzu_ @AspyrMedia @SaberGames Even if it is true, we can't just stop now. I doubt Saber would decline to work on the remasters again, they would just need more time and an open schedule. And even if they should decline, Aspyr hasn't been transparent with the community, so we're doing what we're given with.
