In fact, my tenure as 100% owner spanned only 9 months, from October 2021 until this morning. I spent the first 20 months of this pandemic working almost exclusively from home. While I "ran the company," it was Gwendolyn and Sean who ran the *business*. 3/6

Taking this step was no small decision. This company was incorporated by my stepfather Michael Sloan in 1992. That makes this year our 30th anniversary, and in all that time no one outside of our family has been a shareholder. 2/6
