Irrational Games shows BioShock behind closed doors at E3. The studio, acquired by Take-Two Interactive in January, describes the game as a spiritual successor to System Shock 2. Instead of a space station, the game takes place in an underwater city. Coming to Xbox 360 and PC.

@20YearsAgoLive The controller skeptics went quiet after E3 opened. The tennis demo in particular is drawing huge crowds. It has the longest line on the show floor, with 3 hour wait times.

@nostalgia_ The DS belongs on this list. The Wii is still a question mark. A lot of people at E3 are impressed but the name alone is costing them goodwill. Nintendo hasn't had a successful home console since the SNES and motion controls are a tough pitch to the core audience.
