@GamoTwo よーく見たら本体の角に小さな欠けがありました…。 関税の件と、そこを含めたカスタマーサービスの対応についてもレポしていきます。

本日、gamo2さんにてPOPOLLERを注文しました。 アーケードサイズのポップンコントローラーが欲しいと思っている方に向けて、購入から商品到着までの足跡を残しておこうと思います。

@okitsu_official 関税の件に関して、申し訳ございませんが、EMSでの出荷のため、関税が商品代金に含まれておりませんので、お客様のご負担になりますことをご容赦ください。

@GamoTwo ちなみに関税で1,000円ほど現金で支払いました。 こちらは領収書を写真にとって、gamo2様方のカスタマーサービスにメールすると、支払い分だけポイントが受け取れるとのこと。 それも含めると、やっぱりアカウントは必ず作成して発注するべきだと思います。

@okitsu_official 商品の受け取りに関して、確かに、開封したら、受取拒否できないとのことですが、商品を確認するため、開封が必要ですので、こちらとしては、開封後の返品を受け付けます。しかしながら、梱包に損傷などがなかった場合、商品に損傷が出るのも可能性が低いので、必要に応じて、交換用のパーツを提供可能

@GamoTwo 公式だと「受け取り前に必ず開封して破損がないか確認を」とありましたが、配送業者さんからは「開封したら受取拒否はできなくなります」との指摘。 今回はパッと見てわかる破損はなかったものの、開けなきゃ確認できない、開けて破損があってもそのまま返送もできないとなると、これは困りますね…。

@okitsu_official 基本的にその様なことはありませんね。ボタンは全オプションの常時在庫を確保しておりますので、発送までにかかる日数は変わりません。ただし、もし生産手配の段階で、変更などの依頼が来たら、予定より、1日ほど発送が遅れることも有り得ます。

@okitsu_official 突然失礼します。 一応補足ですが、アカウントは必須ではありません。ただ、アカウントがないと、ご自身で注文情報や注文状態などを確認できませんことをご注意くださいね。

@GamoTwo 購入手続きをする際には、アカウントを作成しなければなりません。商品の配送に必要な住所氏名はもちろん、メールアドレスやパスワードも設定が必要になります。とりあえずパスワードは他のサービスで使用していない独自のパスワードを設定した方がよいと思います。まあ漏れるときはどこも漏れる。

@GamoTwo I would have this funny idea of this SDVX controller is getting bigger and closer to that IIDX controller but man I wish I can have one, gotta save.
