@ICICILombard Hello @ICICILombard I didn't get any relief from your side. Does this behaviour suit a very big company like you. Your Claim Manager is very unhelpful and rude in nature. He said all grievances and requests are a waste of time and nothing is going to happen from this. #icici

Maine apna motor insurance claim (#MOT16601223) @ICICILombard me file kiya tha. Driver details (Ankit Kumar), uska valid license aur accident location proof sab submit kiya. Phir bhi claim reject kar diya. Reasons – license missing, driver disclose nahi kiya, misrepresentation.

Facts they ignored: ✔️ Driver’s location matched the exact incident point. ✔️ All necessary documents were provided. Yet, the claim manager acted incompetent & rude, brushing aside valid evidence. This isn’t customer service, it’s negligence.

According to ICICI Lombard: ❌ If anyone other than the bike owner rides the bike, the claim can’t be approved. 👉 But insurance is for the vehicle, not just the owner. So why deny a genuine claim? #ConsumerRights
