@JohnnyGiunta_ Thought of this when Rodon walked the bases loaded, had the wild pitch that bounced off the backstop followed immediately by the terrible throw home and only one of the 2 runs counted against his ERA. Like I can’t think of a situation where it could be more entirely his fault

@Elrey814 @Lito_grimes Baty had a 3 War season last year, and this year even with the horrid start is on pace for 1.5-2 WAR season. Is he has quite literally been above average 4 of the last 5 months he has played.
Alvy needs to figure out his defense badly.

@GuidiceDaniel @Lito_grimes The defense is fair, the double plays are annoying. It’s also true that OPS wise so far he was a league average hitter which as a catcher, makes him top ten at his position believe it or not

With Alvy being ahead of schedule on his rehab, the Mets need to ensure he fixes his swing mechanics, it’s not sustainable

@GuidiceDaniel @Lito_grimes actually when he got hurt he had a hit in 8 of his last 9 game. He also started the year on a 3 week hot stretch. He did slump for two weeks after that, but I am unsure why people are putting more stock in the small struggles lol
